NEET 2020 – National Testing Agency (NTA) will conduct National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET-UG) entrance exam on July 26, 2020, in offline mode. Education Minister, Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank declared NEET exam date 2020 along with the number of candidates appearing for the exam. As many as, 16.84 lakh candidates will be appearing for NEET 2020 exam for admission to 82,926 MBBS, 26,949 BDS, 52,720 AYUSH and 525 BVSc & AH offered in colleges of India. Only the registered aspirants can download NEET admit card 2020 from official website ntaneet.nic.in till the exam date. NEET 2020 will be held for three hours with 180 multiple choice questions. After the exam, coaching centres will release NEET answer key for candidates to calculate estimate scores. NEET official answer key 2020 will be published with OMR sheet, which can be challenged. Candidates can get the NEET 2020 EXAM in the month of January 2020. National Testing Agency (NTA) organizes the NEET (National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test) exam once in a year. NEET 2020 Correction Window
NTA had extended the last opportunity of NEET correction window 2020 till May 3. The authority re-opened application form correction window of NEET 2020 from April 1, at ntaneet.nic.in. To access the NEET 2020 correction window, enter the application number and password in the candidate login. This being the last chance to edit the NEET application form, candidates were advised to take care of the fields entered, as once submitted it cannot be changed, under any circumstances. Candidates whose application forms has been successfully accepted by the authority could edit the details through NEET application correction window.

NEET Admit Card 2020
NTA has postponed the release of NEET 2020 admit card until further notice. Candidates can download their admit card of NEET by entering their application number and date of birth. It is mandatory to carry a valid photo ID proof along with the NEET 2020 admit card which is also the identity document. It is prudent to keep the admit card safe till the admission process concludes.

How to download NEET 2020 admit card?
  • To download the admit card, candidates must go to the official site
  • They must click the link for the admit card and log in by entering their application number and date of birth
  • After verifying the details mentioned, they must download and save it
  • The admit card will be required during counselling so it is prudent to safe keep it

NEET Exam Centres 2020
The list exam centres of NEET exam are the venue at which the entrance exam will be conducted. NTA has released the list of NEET 2020 exam centres along with the prospectus. NEET entrance exam 2020 will be held in 155 major cities of India. While filling the application form, candidates had to choose their preferences of NEET exam cities as per their convenience. Candidates must select their NEET exam centres 2020 with utmost care as once allotted, it cannot be changed. The allotment of test centres of NTA NEET 2020 will be done on the first-come-first-serve basis. The complete name and address of NEET exam centre will be mentioned in the admit card. NEET Dress Code 2020
Candidates must adhere to certain dress code prescribed for NEET 2020.The guidelines set by NTA are to ensure that no malpractices, irregularities, cheating etc occur in the exam hall. NEET dress code specifies
  • Wear half sleeve shirts/t-shirts only. Full sleeves are not allowed
  • Clothes should be light without zips, pockets, big buttons and any elaborate embroidery.
  • Female candidates should avoid clothes with embroidery, flowers, brooches and buttons. Salwars and trousers are allowed
  • Slippers or sandals with low heels are allowed while shoes are not allowed in the examination hall.
  • Jewellery like earrings, ring, pendants, nose ring, necklace or any kind of metallic item are not allowed
The list of items barred in NEET 2020 are:
  • Stationery items, textual material, papers, Geometry/Pencil Box, Plastic Pouch, Calculator, Pen, Scale, Writing Pad, Pen Drives, Eraser, Calculator, Log Table, Electronic Pen/Scanner etc.
  • Devices like Mobile Phone, Bluetooth, Earphones, Microphone, Pager, Health Band etc.
  • Items like Wallet, Goggles, Handbags, Belt, Caps, Watches/Wrist Watches, Bracelets, Camera, etc.
  • Any ornaments.
  • Any eatable item opened or packed. The exception to this are diabetic candidates who are allowed some specific eatables.
  • Water bottle.
NEET 2020 Preparation Tips
A crucial part and the starting step towards cracking NEET 2020 is preparation. Candidates must first know the syllabus, exam pattern to have a good shot at the exam and then cement that with proper and ample practice.
Know the syllabus well: Preparation for NEET 2020 will be ineffective without a thorough knowledge of the NEET 2020 syllabus. It is essential to know the sections, chapters and concepts from all the subjects asked in the entrance test. Being familiar with the syllabus will allow the candidates to cover all the topics in a systematic fashion.

NEET Cutoff 2020
The minimum marks required to qualify NEET 2020 is the qualifying cutoff. NTA has specified the cutoff for each category wherein students who score equal to or above this cutoff of NEET 2020 will be eligible for admissions. The NEET cutoff for admission is the minimum rank/marks at which the last seat was allotted to the eligible applicants. Candidates may note that NEET cutoff 2020 will vary for each category, institute and for MBBS/BDS as well. The admission cutoffs are useful for aspirants to understand the marks they need to score for admission at the institute of their choice.

NEET Result 2020
NTA will declare the result of NEET 2020 in online mode. Candidates who have appeared for the exam can check and download their result after logging in by entering their roll number and date of birth. The NEET 2020 result will be the basis for admissions into the All India Quota as well as the state-wise available MBBS and BDS seats, also seats available in AIIMS and JIPMER colleges for undergraduate courses. NEET Application Form 2020
NTA has re-opened the NEET application form correction window for registered candidates from April 1 to May 3, 2020. Earlier the authorities enabled the facility of NEET 2020 correction window for candidates on April 1 to make changes in the application form. This could be accessed by entering login credentials.
