National Talent Search Examination (NTSE Exam) Notification 2020-21

National Talent Search Examination (NTSE Exam) Notification 2020-21
NCERT for students researching in STD - 10, New Delhi Awarded National Talent Search Examination (NTSE) is to be taken in two phases. The first stage inspection will exist clenched by State Examination Board, Gandhinagar on Sunday 13/12/2020. NTSE 2021 Exam Date
The NCERT is expected to release the NTSE Exam 2021 dates for stage 1 and stage 2 in the month of October 2020 (tentative). Due to the ongoing COVID pandemic, all the dates have been postponed. The exact dates will be updated once the official notification from NCERT is out. Candidates must duly fill in the application forms, and it is their responsibility to check for mistakes. Candidates will have time until the deadline to apply for NTSE.

NTSE 2021 Exam State Level Examination: 
The NTSE 2021 Exam Dates for state-level will be conducted on December 12, 2020, for candidates in Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, and Andaman and Nicobar Islands. For all other states and UTs, the exam will be conducted on December 13, 2020.

NTSE 2021 Exam National Level Examination: 
The NTSE National Level stage 2 exam is expected to be held on June 13, 2021 (Sunday)

NTSE Scholarship quantity and rules of payment : 
The selection list of candidates for the second stage examination will be prepared as per the allowance of the state as per merit based on the finding of NTSE first phase examination. The next stage examination will be taken up by NCERT-New Delhi. Based on which the scholarship eligible candidates will be eligible for the additional scholarships. 
Monthly Rs.1250/- for Std-11 and Std-12.
Monthly Rs. 2000/- for undergraduate and postgraduate students.
Ph.D. students will get Scholarships on the basis of the rules of UGC.

Eligibility of the learner :
In the recent academic year, the student who exists studying in Std-10 in any recognized board of government school, grant-aided school, private school, local body school or any other recognized school in the state of Gujarat will be eligible to take the NTSE examination.
Students who are studying in Open Learning Distance (Open Learning Distance) who are under 18 years of age on 1/07/2020, who are not helping as well as who will be seeming in Std-10 examination for the early time also tookNTSE exam will exist able to.
Indian students studying abroad in Std-10 will be able to directly apply for the second phase examination. For this, the application form which will be disseminated on the website of NCERT in January 2021 has to be replenished by 28/02/2021 as prescribed by NCERT. 

Revenue Limit for NTSE:
Revenue limit is not to be considered in this inspection as decided by New Delhi. The student who authorizes for the scholarship will receive the full scholarship.

Analysis Fee for NTSE:
Analysis fee for General category students will be Rs.70
P.H., OBC, S.C. and S.T. Examination fee for category students will be Rs.50/- 
Service charge will have to be paid separately. 
Fees paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.

NTSE 2021 Application Form
Candidate should be aware of the application form details; some of the important details are:
Official website: A printable format of the NTSE 2021 Application Form can be downloaded from the official website of NCERT (www.ncert.nic.in) one month before the NTSE Exam. The same application form will be made available to schools as well. Candidates can also get the application form from the Liaison's office.
Application Mode: Candidates can fill the application form via offline & online mode.
Date: NCERT website released the NTSE 2021 registration date in the last week of July 2020. The last date to submit the NTSE application form may differ from August to September.
Fee: There is no application fee for NTSE as such prescribed by the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT). However, the state government has the right to impose the NTSE application form fee for the students who are applying for the examination.
Photograph: Candidate should attach their passport size photograph on the application form.
Head of Institution: Candidates should get the signature from the Principal or the Head of the Institution.

How to pertain to online for NTSE :
In the context of this advertisement, the online application will be accepted by the State Examination Board. Meanwhile, the application form can be filled on www.sebexam.org. The following steps have to be followed to apply. The application will be considered valid only after confirming the application form. 
The entire form has to be filled in English. 
  • First go to www.sebexam.org. 
  • Click on "Apply online". 
  • Click on Apply Now in front of “National Talent Search Examination - (STD - 10)”. 
  • Clicking on Apply Now will show the Application Format. 
  • Fill in all the information requested in the Application Format. 
  • The DISE number of the school has to be entered for the details of the school. 
  • Now clicking on Save will save your data. 
  • Application Number will be generated here which must be preserved. 
  • Now click on Upload photo- signature at the top of the page. 
  • Type your Application Number here and type your Birth Date. 
  • Then click on Submit. 
  • Photo and Signature are to be uploaded here. 
  • Candidates in OBC, SC, ST, EWS, as well as PH categories are required to upload a copy of the certificate number, date and certificate in the form on the website. 
  • Upload To upload a photo and signature, first of all, your photo and signature must be in Computer in a format not exceeding (10 Kb) in size (10 Kb). 
  • Click on Browse Button. 
  • Now select the file in which your Photo is stored in JPG format from the Choose File screen. 
  • And click the Open Button. Now click on upload button next to Browse button, now your photo will appear next to it. 
  • Now you have to upload the signature in the same way. 
  • Now click on Confirm Application. 
  • Type your Application Number here and type your Birth Date. Then click on Submit. If you want to modify the application here, click on Edit Application to correct it. 
  • Any modification to the application may be made before the application is confirmed. But after the application is confirmed, no amendment can be made in the application. 
  • Click Confirm only if the application does not need to be modified. 
  • Clicking on Confirm will accept the application online and only then will it be considered valid. 
  • Now click on Print Application & Fee Challan. 
  • Type your confirmation number here and type your Birth Date. Then click on Submit. Print your application form and fee currency from here. After that, any computerized Indian post office branch in Gujarat will be able to pay the examination fee in cash or through ATM CARD / NET BANKING through online payment gateway.
NTSE 2021 Admit Card
NCERT or the Education Department will release the admit card for the Stage I in between October 15 to November 15, 2020. In contrast, NCERT will issue the Stage II admit card in April 2021 at the official website. The Stage II admit card will be issued only for those candidates who qualified for the Stage I examination. Candidates can log in using their login credentials and download the NTSE 2021 Admit Card. The entry to the examination hall will be restricted in case the aspirants fail to carry the admit card with its xerox copy & original ID proof. 
Admit cards for the stage-1 exam will be sent to the candidate's address through post.
If not received, then the candidate can visit the office of the Chief Superintendent to collect the admit card.
Admit cards for the stage-2 examination will be available on the official website of NCERT in April. Candidates can download and take a printout of the same from the official website.
NTSE 2021 Admit Card will have details like venue, date, and time of examination.

How to download the NTSE Admit Card?
The admit card is available 3 weeks before the NTSE 2021 exam. Follow the steps given below to download the NTSE 2021 admit card from the official website:
  • Visit the official website of NCERT (National Council of Educational Research and Training).
  • Check for the NTSE 2021 admit card availability online.
  • Submit “Application Number” and “Date of Birth”
  • Then click on “Submit” to log in.
  • The admit card will be displayed on the screen.
  • NTSE 2021 admit card or hall ticket will bear important details such as student’s name, address, category, the state of residence, photo and signature of the holder etc.
  • Download the NTSE 2021 admit card and take a print of it.
  • Note: Candidates are advised to take a photocopy of the NTSE 2021 admit card for future reference in case it gets misplaced.
NTSE 2021 Results
The NTSE 2021 results for both rounds will be released on the official website in a pdf file. Results for stage I will be released between January to April, depending on the state or Union Territory candidate belongs. NTSE 2021 Results for Stage II or Final Result will be announced in September. The results of the state-level examination will be a merit list of students who are eligible to take up the NTSE 2021 Exam at the national level. The respective states will declare this list. The final list of awardees will be announced on the NCERT website.

Steps to download the NTSE 2021 Results
Follow the steps given below to access your results:
  1. Candidates can go online and check their results.
  2. Find the appropriate link to the results section and click on that link.
  3. Enter your registration details to log in.
  4. The OMR sheet that has been filled out by the candidate during the exam will be visible.
  5. The result of the exam will also be made available which is to be downloaded and printed.
