Jammu & Kashmir, Telangana, West Bengal and Karnataka have extended NMMS registration 2020 last dates. Earlier, Bihar, Maharashtra, Jammu & Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, and several other states released NMMS form 2020-21. Students studying in Class 8th can fill the NMMS 2020 scholarship form. They can submit NMMS application form 2020-21 through respective schools.

NMMS Application Form 2020 - Documents Required
While filling the NMMS 2020 application form, students need to attach a few relevant documents. All the documents need to be attested by the parents and the respective principal of the school. Check the necessary documents that must be attached with the NMMS application form 2020.
Two passport size
Photocopy of SC/ST Certificate.
Photocopy of Report Card of the last promotion examination
Income certificate not exceeding Rs. 1,50,000/- from the Competent Authority
Disability Status Certificate from the Competent Authority.

NMMS – National Means-Cum-Merit Scholarship is a Centrally sponsored scholarship scheme. It is implemented by the Department of School Education & Literacy under the Ministry of Human Resource Development with the objective to financially support the meritorious students of economically weaker sections of the society. NMMS encourages disadvantaged students to continue their studies at the secondary level by offering a scholarship amount of INR 12,000 per annum. Every year, this MCM scholarship is made active during the month of November and almost 100,000 scholarships are disbursed among bright students.
