CTET Exam Date 2022
CTET 2022 exam will be going to held between December 2022 to January 2023 by CBT mode Only. CTET 2022 New Eligibility Criteria
National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) has released a notification stating the revised CTET eligibility criteria for candidates who are pursuing Teacher Training Course(TTC). According to the notification, the candidates who are pursuing Teacher Training courses will be eligible to apply for CTET Exam.The candidate must go through the CTET 2022 Eligibility Criteria before filling out the CTET Online application form. Here we are sharing the CTET 2022 Eligibility criteria for Primary & Upper Primary level CTET exams.
- Candidates should pass 10+2 with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in order to be qualified as a primary stage teacher
- Candidates should clear graduation with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks or 10+2 with at least 50 per cent aggregate marks from a recognized university in order to be qualified for the appointment of a secondary teacher
CTET Notification & Exam Pattern
In CTET Exam 2022, there will be two papers i.e CTET Paper 1 & CTET Paper 2.
Paper-I will be for a person who intends to be a teacher for classes I to V.
Paper II will be for a person who intends to be a teacher for classes VI to VIII.
Note: A person who intends to teach for both levels (classes I to V and classes VI to VIII) will have to appear in both papers (Paper I and Paper II).
Note: Mathematics & Science- 30 MCQs each -60 Marks Or Social Studies/Social Science -60 MCQs -60 Marks (for Social Studies/Social Science teacher). There is no penalty for any wrong answers.
