IOCL Recruitment 2025 Eligibility
To apply for the IOCL Engineer Recruitment 2025, candidates must meet the required educational and age criteria for their respective engineering discipline. If a candidate is found ineligible at any stage of the selection process, their application will be rejected immediately.
Educational Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech or Equivalent in Chemical / Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering from AICTE/UGC recognized institution.
- Minimum 65% marks (Gen/EWS/OBC-NCL) and 55% marks (SC/ST/PwBD).
- Final year students may apply if they can produce the final marksheet by 31st October 2025.
- Part-time, Distance, Online qualifications are not accepted.
Age Limit (as on 01.07.2025)
- General/EWS: Max 26 years (Born on or after 01.07.1999).
- OBC-NCL: Relaxation up to 3 years.
- SC/ST: Relaxation up to 5 years.
- PwBD: Additional 10 years relaxation.
- Ex-Servicemen: As per Govt. rules.
Salary
- Pay Scale: ₹50,000 – ₹1,60,000/-
- Initial Basic Pay: ₹50,000 per month
- Approx Annual CTC: ₹17.7 LPA (including allowances, DA, PRP, HRA, Medical, PF, Gratuity, etc.)
