Regarding rebuilding a school management committee. References: NSSA / Commu.Bobi. / 9/9-9 11 100 / 1/2/3. According to Section -1 of the Right to Education Act for the above subject and reference, the School Management Committee (SMC) and Secondary Schools (SMDC) have been formed in all the primary schools of the district and the school management and development committee (SMDC). According to RTErules 1 (1), the school management committee was re-formed in the year 1-3 as per SMC every two years. Then on June 19, the academic session was started only by means of the corona epidemic. Therefore, SMC has not been restructured in schools. In order to maintain unity in the entire district, it is to be restructured in the year 1-3 (for year -1, 2), which will have to be restructured by the following instructions.

શાળા વ્યવસ્થાપન સમિતિની પુનઃ રચના કરવા બાબત . સંદર્ભ : ન.એસ.એસ.એ. / કોમ્યુ.મોબી . / ૨૦૨ ૧ / ૧૯૪૧૭-૧૯૫ ૬ ૬ તા .૧૫ / ૦૬ / ૨૦૨૧ . ને ઉપરોકત વિષય અને સંદર્ભ પરત્વે રાઈટ ટુ એજયુકેશન એકટના સેકશન -૨૧ મુજબ જિલ્લાની તમામ પ્રાથમિક શાળાઓમાં શાળા વ્યવસ્થાપન સમિતિ ( SMC ) તથા માધ્યમિક શાળાઓમાં શાળા સંચાલન અને વિકાસ સમિતિ ( SMDC ) 2010-11 થી રચના કરવામાં આવેલી છે . આર.ટી.ઈ.રૂલ્સ ૧૬ ( ૧ ) માં જણાવ્યા અનુસાર SMC ની દર બે વર્ષે પુનઃરચના કરવાની થાય છે તે પ્રમાણે શાળા વ્યવસ્થાપન સમિતીની પુનઃ રચના વર્ષ 2018-19 માં કરવામાં આવેલ હતી . ત્યારબાદ જુન 2020-21 માં કોરોના મહામારીના કારણે શૈક્ષણિક સત્ર online માધ્યમથી જ શરૂ કરી શકયા હતા . આથી શાળાઓમાં SMC ની પુનઃરચના કરવામાં આવેલ નથી . સમગ્ર જિલ્લામાં એકસૂત્રતા જળવાય તે રીતે વર્ષ - 2022-23 માં ( વર્ષ -2022-23,2023-24 માટે ) પુનઃરચના કરવાની થાય છે જે અંગે નીચે મુજબની સુચનાઓ ધ્યાને લઈ SMC ની પુનઃ રચના કરવાની રહેશે .
