Educational Qualification & Experience

• AE (Civil/Electrical): B.Tech/B.E. in respective branch with minimum 3 years post-qualification experience.
• AAO (CA): Bachelor’s Degree + Chartered Accountant (Associate Member of ICAI).
• AAO (CS): Bachelor’s Degree + Membership of ICSI.
• AAO (Actuarial): Bachelor’s Degree + Passed at least 6 papers of Institute of Actuaries of India/UK.
• AAO (Insurance Specialist): Bachelor’s Degree + Fellowship of Insurance Institute of India (Life) + Minimum 5 years’ experience in Life Insurance Companies.
• AAO (Legal): Bachelor’s Degree in Law with minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD) + At least 2 years’ practice as Advocate/Law Officer.

Age Limit (as on 01.08.2025)

• Minimum: 21 years
• Maximum: 30–32 years (depending on post)
• Age relaxation applicable as per government norms (SC/ST – 5 years, OBC – 3 years, PwBD – up to 15 years, Ex-Servicemen – up to 10 years, Confirmed LIC employees – 5 years).

Salary

• Basic Pay: ₹88,635/- per month (Scale: ₹88,635 – ₹1,69,025)
• Total Emoluments: Approx. ₹1,26,000/- per month in ‘A’ Class cities.
• Other benefits include pension, gratuity, LTC, medical benefits, group insurance, vehicle loan, and allowances as per LIC rules.
